The living and dining room are in a 135 sq meters building facing the 12×5 meters pool, and under the same roof are the open kitchen, a storage room and a garage.
The main building and the pool are surrounded by a terrace which hosts the pool bar.
The old and magnificent trees of the garden, the many different flowers and plants give shade and a cool and relaxing feeling. When the sun goes down the place turns magic with lights coming from the giants trees and coconut trees.
