Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. There are numerous yoga schools on the island which allow for YTT’s (yoga teacher trainings) and drop in classes. At Coco Cool, we have an in-house certified yoga teacher who will accompany you, on demand and throughout your stay and make sure that you get the experience that suits best your physical and emotional state of the moment. What better than a yoga class in the middle of the jungle followed by a refreshing jump in the pool and a fresh coconut?
